Well, I’m no expert, but I don’t know if you can get scurvy from eating cereal for dinner. I mean, wasn’t scurvy more of a breakfast disease…?

You would never get scurvy. Pretty much all of your cereals are fortified with Vitamin A and whichever other vitamins cause scurvy. Plus, it isn’t really a disease you would want.

Can you stop signing your posts? Yes, Steinbergart is written by Avi Steinberg. Is there a difference between posts written by “Avi” and posts wirtten by “Steinberg”? Maybe cereal for dinner leads to Multiple Personality Disorder….

scurvy is caused by a Vitamin C deficiency (since the body doesnt make vitamin c we have to get it from our diets). im not sure of the required amount one needs to consume in order to avoid getting scurvy.

I just want to point out that, if you don’t consider the title and signature as part of the actual ‘post,’ the entirety of this post is, and I quote, “I will let you know soon..”

It definitely depends on the cereal. Those neon color ones (Warning: may contain particles of Froot) probably give it to you just for buying them.
